When and where was Kerem Masaracı born?
He was born in Essen, Germany in 1980. From 1983 he lived in Istanbul till he came back again to Germany in 1986.

He went to the bilingual (German-English) Lutherschule Gymnasium in Hannover where he graduated in 1999.
Where did Kerem study architecture?

Since when does Kerem work at White arkitekter in Gothenburg?
Kerem started at the Gothenburg office beginning of January of 2018. He participated immediately in the design competition for a new psychiatric centre in Groningen, the Netherlands where the team achieved a 2nd prize.

His mother tongues are Turkish and German. He speaks also fluently English (bilingual high school), French (high school and Alliance Française, Rouen), Spanish (World friends, Granada) and Dutch (Goethe Institute, Rotterdam). Currently he is studying Swedish (Folkuniversitet A1 level)
Which computer software is he comfortable using?
For 2D technical drawings AutoCAD, for 3D modelling Rhinoceros, rendering with Vray on Rhino. Alternatively modeling also in SketchUp.
In several projects he gained sufficient experience in BIM modeling with Revit.
To communicate and present his ideas on paper or on screen he prefers to Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, but alternatively he is also able to use open source programs like Inkscape, Script and Gimp.
What does he do in his free time?
Kerem practices swimming, hiking and cycling, also in connection with travelling to different cities and countries.
His special interest is graphic design. He prepared flyers, infographics, websites and short movies for several occasions.
